Simba grew up in Santa Monica, picking up a lacrosse stick in 3rd grade with the Dragons under coach Eric Crum — a Salisbury alum and three-time national champion. That foundation stayed with him through Santa Monica High School and into Harvard-Westlake.
At Salisbury University, he played every game that mattered — 68 total, winning 64 of them. His college career ended the only way it could: hoisting the D3 national championship trophy against Tufts at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
He graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and came home to LA, where he now coaches club for SoCal Wild and runs the Silverbacks national travel team. Tournament Prep is how he works with the next generation one-on-one.
